Summary:
1468625 Ontario Limited (D.B.A. Aegisys ) is a provider of IT Hosting services, and as such, we do not manage the data, content or applications hosted from our infrastructure. Our customers are in care, custody and control over the data stored on the hosted system. Furthermore, some of Aegisys customers are Resellers of Aegisys services, and therefore, it is possible that the information you are seeking belongs to the customer of our customer.

Civil Subpoenas
Aegisys will only accept a civil subpoena from a court of competent jurisdiction, and properly served through our registered agent.
Notices
In accordance with the confidentiality provision within our Terms and Conditions, Aegisys will notify its customers of any request for their confidential information unless prohibited by law or pursuant to a Court Order.

Testimony
Aegisys records are authenticated pursuant to law, and should not require the testimony of a records custodian. If a special form of certification is required, please attach it to your records request.
Cost Reimbursement
As provided by law, Aegisys may seek reimbursement for costs in responding to requests for information. We may also charge additional fees for costs incurred, or objecting to non-standard or burdensome requests.
